Newclose needs your support Newclose Planning Applications Ref - TCP/02068/G,P/01571/09 Newclose County Cricket Ground has recently submitted two planning applications to the Isle of Wight Council for their consideration 1) For the development of the loft and basement areas 2) For the removal of condition 2 the clause which the Planning department states that Newclose can only be open to either members or the general public when cricket related activities are taking place. The Trustees and Committee of Newclose strongly believe that both of these Planning applications are essential to the long term development of the Newclose County Cricket Ground facility for the benefit of both its members, and with our charitable arm, to help raise funding for the development of youth cricket on the Island. The first of these applications can be viewed on the Isle of Wight council Website www.iwight.com/council/departments/planning/appsdip/AppDetails3.aspx?frmId=20163 At this stage only the application for the development of the loft and basement areas are available to view online.
